Farmhouse Truffles, artisanal, hand-made truffles, are all produced with ''Grand Cru'' Venezuelan chocolate made from the Criollo bean. The Criollo bean is renowned for its unique, desirable flavor characteristics. The truffles are all made in small batches with great attention to texture, taste, and temptation. A silky smooth ganache combined with fresh fruits, nuts, and liqueurs, are all hand-dipped in single origin chocolate. Farmhouse Truffles also produces delectable pralines made with a rich, buttery caramel studded with almonds and enrobed in the select single origin chocolate.
